We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Dubai. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. Key responsibilities include managing and training staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, handling the hiring process, and ensuring effective communication between the team and upper management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage management, a deep understanding of restaurant operations, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in both English and Russian is essential, and the candidate should be ready to join immediately.
