Referral Program Participation Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

By participating in our referral program, you have the opportunity to earn a 1000 AED commission for every referred candidate who is successfully placed in a job and completes the probation period.

2. Eligibility for Commission

  • The referred candidate must successfully pass the probation period, which is set to six months as per UAE law.
  • After the referred candidate completes the 6-month probation period, the person who referred them will be eligible to receive the commission.
  • The commission is paid only once per candidate, regardless of how many times the candidate may be placed in the future.

3. Participation

  • Anyone can participate, and there are no fees or commissions required to join the referral program.
  • The referral commission will only be paid for candidates who:
    • Are successfully placed in a job.
    • Complete the 6-month probation period.

4. How to Participate

  • To participate, the referrer must first create a candidate profile on our platform.
  • The referrer will be provided with a personal referral link. This link must be used to invite other candidates.
  • Our system tracks referrals via the personal link, ensuring we can attribute the correct referrer to each invited candidate.

5. Referral Link Conditions

  • A referred candidate must register using the personal referral link within 24 hours of visiting the link.
  • If the candidate visits our website from other sources after the 24-hour window, the referral will not be considered.
  • Any user who registers without a referral link will not be eligible for commission.

6. Commission Payment Process

  • Payments will be made only after the successful completion of the referred candidate’s 6-month probation period, as per UAE law.
  • All commission payments will be processed via bank transfer. No cash payments will be made.
  • Payments will be made in AED, or the equivalent amount in the recipient’s local currency.
  • We are unable to transfer payments to countries with banking restrictions or sanctions. It is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure that their bank can receive international transfers.
