Provide impeccable table service to VIP guests, ensuring that their needs are anticipated and met promptly.
Offer personalized recommendations for menu items, wine pairings, and special offerings, enhancing the overall dining experience.
Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation standards.
Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism and discretion, ensuring a seamless experience.
Upsell premium menu items and exclusive experiences to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure that all orders are executed flawlessly and delivered in a timely manner.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail, from table settings to the presentation of dishes and beverages.
Build and maintain strong relationships with regular VIP guests, fostering loyalty and repeat visits.
Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment.
Previous experience as a VIP Waiter or in a similar role within a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting is required.
