An upscale lounge in the heart of Business Bay, Dubai is seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to lead its bar operations. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for mixology, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage high-performing bar teams. The Bar Manager will oversee all aspects of bar service, ensuring a seamless guest experience while driving beverage revenue and maintaining luxury standards.

To be considered for the role of Bar Manager for a Lounge in Business Bay, Dubai you will need to fulfill the following requirements:

Lead the bar team, providing training, mentorship, and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Oversee bar operations, including inventory management, beverage menu development, and staff scheduling.
Create and maintain an innovative and appealing cocktail menu that aligns with the lounge’s brand and guest preferences.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations, maintaining a clean and organized bar environment.
Engage with guests, offering personalized recommendations and creating memorable experiences through premium beverage service.
Collaborate with the lounge management team to implement promotions and events that drive guest engagement and revenue.
Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Strong knowledge of mixology, wines, spirits, and beverage pairings is essential.
Previous experience as a Bar Manager or in a senior bar leadership role within a luxury lounge, bar, or hospitality setting is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced nightlife environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
