A prestigious nightlife venue in Doha, Qatar is looking for an elegant and confident Head Hostess to lead the front-of-house team. This role demands someone with impeccable presentation, excellent English communication skills, and a commanding presence. As the Head Hostess, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their visit, setting the tone for a memorable night.

To be considered for the role of Head Hostess in a Nightlife Venue in Doha, Qatar you will need to fulfill the following requirements:

Provide a high standard of guest relations, welcoming and seating guests with professionalism and charm.
Manage and coordinate the hostess team, ensuring a seamless flow of guests into the venue.
Uphold the venue’s dress code and presentation standards, with high heels being mandatory.
Engage with VIP guests, offering personalized service and handling any special requests or inquiries.
Ensure that the venue’s atmosphere remains upscale and exclusive, maintaining a welcoming and luxurious environment.
Coordinate with security, waitstaff, and management to ensure smooth operations throughout the night.
Flexibility to work 5 days a week, with shifts lasting 8 to 9 hours each.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Height requirements to maintain the venue’s aesthetic standards; candidates must be tall with a polished and professional appearance.
