A high-profile nightlife venue in Doha, Qatar is seeking a professional and assertive Door Manager to oversee the entrance operations. Greet guests with a professional and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression at the venue entrance.
Manage guest lists and reservations, ensuring that entry is orderly and adheres to the venue’s policies.
Coordinate closely with security staff to maintain a safe and controlled entrance area, handling crowd control and any potential issues efficiently.
Oversee VIP entries, ensuring that high-profile guests are given priority access and receive the appropriate level of service.
Maintain the venue’s image by enforcing dress codes and ensuring that the atmosphere remains exclusive and upscale.
Address any guest inquiries or concerns at the door, providing solutions that enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with the venue’s management and hosting teams to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive guest experience.
Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced nightlife environment.
Previous experience as a Door Manager or in a similar role within a luxury nightlife or high-end hospitality setting is preferred.
