An upscale fine dining restaurant in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor to oversee the dining room operations. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the service staff, ensuring that all guests receive prompt and courteous service.
Monitor the dining room to ensure that tables are properly set and that service is smooth and efficient.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution.
Train, mentor, and motivate the service team to maintain the highest standards of service and hospitality.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
Manage the flow of guests in the dining room, optimizing table turnover while ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in the dining area.
Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting is required.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
