Job Description

A leading hospitality company in Qatar is seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Manager to oversee the digital presence of our four upscale venues. This role requires a dynamic marketing professional with a strong background in managing social media for high-end hospitality venues. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a cohesive social media strategy that enhances our brand, drives engagement, and positions our venues as top destinations in Qatar.

To be considered for the role of Social Media Manager for a Hospitality Company in Qatar you will need to fulfill the following requirements:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the brand identity of each of our four upscale venues.
Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and others, ensuring consistency and quality.
Monitor social media channels, engaging with guests, responding to inquiries, and fostering positive online interactions that reflect the luxury standards of our venues.
Plan and execute targeted social media campaigns to promote special events, seasonal offerings, and unique experiences at each venue.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and written content that showcases the distinct atmosphere and offerings of each venue.
Engage with influencers, bloggers, and media outlets to build relationships and increase the visibility of our venues within Qatar’s luxury hospitality market.
Analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize content and strategy for better engagement and reach.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring our venues remain at the forefront of digital innovation.
Coordinate with the events and PR teams to ensure cohesive promotion of events and activities across all venues.
Previous experience as a Social Media Manager in the hospitality industry, particularly with upscale or luxury venues, is essential.
