Lead and manage the bar team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
Curate and maintain a creative beverage menu inspired by Japanese flavors, focusing on premium cocktails, sake, and other signature drinks.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create beverage pairings that enhance the dining experience.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations while maintaining a clean and organized bar environment.
Monitor inventory, control costs, and optimize bar profitability.
Engage with guests, offering personalized recommendations and ensuring a memorable experience.
Train and mentor the bar staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a high-energy fine dining setting.
Previous experience as a Bar Manager or in a senior bar leadership role within a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment is required.
Strong knowledge of Japanese beverages, including sake, whisky, and innovative cocktails.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment.
