Job Description

We looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to oversee bar operations and elevate the guest experience. As the Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the bar team, curating the beverage menu, and ensuring an exceptional level of service that complements the restaurant’s refined atmosphere.

To be considered for the role of Bar Supervisor you will need to fulfill the following requirements:

Lead the bar team, ensuring that all bartenders are trained to deliver high-quality service and craft exceptional beverages.
Curate and maintain an innovative beverage menu, blending classic Mediterranean-inspired cocktails with contemporary Dubai influences.
Ensure the bar is well-stocked and organized, managing inventory and controlling costs to optimize efficiency and profitability.
Provide personalized recommendations to guests, creating memorable and refined experiences through cocktail pairings and beverage choices.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in accordance with Dubai’s health and safety regulations.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Collaborate with the restaurant’s management team to create and implement promotions and events that enhance guest engagement.
Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or senior bartending role in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting is essential.
Strong knowledge of Mediterranean beverages, wines, and cocktail creation, along with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, including evenings and weekends.
