A high-end hospitality venue in Dubai is seeking an experienced and charismatic Bartender / Barmaid to join their team. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for mixology, cocktail crafting, and guest engagement in a luxury setting. The ideal candidate will have strong beverage knowledge, a creative approach to mixology, and the ability to provide an exceptional bar experience.

To be considered for the role of Bartender / Barmaid in a Luxury Hospitality Venue in Dubai you will need to fulfill the following requirements:

Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages with precision and creativity.
Engage with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring a memorable drinking experience.
Maintain a well-organized and fully stocked bar, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards.
Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies to ensure seamless bar operations.
Collaborate with the bar and service teams to enhance the overall guest experience.
Stay updated with new mixology trends and contribute to the development of signature cocktails.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Previous experience as a Bartender or Barmaid in a luxury hospitality setting or fine dining restaurant is required.
Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail preparation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with guests.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
