An upscale dining venue located in the vibrant JBR district of Dubai is seeking a skilled and personable Head Waiter to lead the service team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in Russian or Arabic to cater to the venue’s diverse and international clientele. As Head Waiter, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless service and creating memorable dining experiences.

To be considered for the role of Head Waiter in an Upscale Dining Venue in Dubai, JBR, you will need to fulfill the following requirements:

Lead the service team by providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Take food and beverage orders while offering personalized recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
Supervise the dining floor, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues promptly.
Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and beverage offerings, including wine pairings.
Build relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are met and creating repeat clientele.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of orders.
Previous experience as a Head Waiter or senior waitstaff in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment is required.
Proficiency in Russian or Arabic is essential; fluency in English is also required.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
