A dynamic high-end bar in Dubai is looking for charismatic and experienced Hostesses to join their team. This exciting role is perfect for individuals who thrive in vibrant nightlife environments and have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their evening with a warm and welcoming demeanor.

To be considered for the role of Hostess in a High-End Bar in Dubai you will need to fulfill the following requirements:

Greet and welcome guests with confidence and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage reservations, coordinate seating arrangements, and optimize table turnover to enhance the guest experience.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain a polished and professional appearance that aligns with the bar’s upscale image.
Engage with guests to provide information about the bar’s offerings, promotions, and special events.
Handle guest inquiries and address concerns with a proactive and positive approach.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Hostess in high-end outlets or Dubai’s nightlife scene is required.
Currently residing in the UAE.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Salary & Benefits:
