Job Description

A high-profile nightclub in Dubai is seeking a Hostess with strong experience in managing VIP tables, upselling bottle service, and handling table minimum spend. This role is ideal for individuals with a confident and engaging personality, who thrive in a fast-paced nightlife environment and can maximize revenue through strategic guest interactions. The Hostess will be responsible for managing reservations, seating high-spending guests, and ensuring a seamless luxury experience while earning commissions and incentives on upselling tables.

To be considered for the role of Hostess in a Nightclub in Dubai, you will need to fulfill the following requirements:
Manage VIP table reservations, ensuring smooth seating arrangements and high occupancy.
Upsell bottle service and premium tables, driving revenue while maintaining an elite guest experience.
Provide exceptional guest service, engaging with high-profile clientele and ensuring all needs are met.
Work closely with the Guest Relations team, promoters, and service staff to optimize sales and guest satisfaction.
Have an in-depth understanding of table minimum spend policies, guest preferences, and how to maximize bookings.
Monitor guest spending trends and VIP preferences, building long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
Maintain a polished, professional, and high-energy presence on the floor, enhancing the venue’s brand image.
Previous experience as a Hostess in a nightclub or luxury hospitality setting, particularly with table management and upselling, is required.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convince guests to upgrade their bookings.
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, or French are a plus.
Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays in a high-energy environment.
