Job Description

A prestigious VIP household located on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai is seeking an experienced and highly organized Live-in Villa Manager to oversee the daily operations of the residence. The ideal candidate will have a background in luxury hospitality or private estate management and be responsible for ensuring the household runs seamlessly, providing first-class service to the principals and their guests. This is a live-in position, requiring full-time dedication to maintaining the property at the highest standards.

To be considered for the role of Live-in Villa Manager for a VIP Household in Palm Jumeirah, UAE, you will need to fulfill the following requirements:

Oversee all household operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient daily routine for the principals and their guests.
Supervise household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, security personnel, and maintenance teams, ensuring high service standards are maintained.
Manage household budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective operation while maintaining luxury service levels.
Coordinate housekeeping, laundry, and catering services, ensuring the residence is impeccably maintained at all times.
Provide VIP guest service, ensuring all requests and preferences are handled with discretion and efficiency.
Oversee property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality work.
Plan and coordinate events, formal dinners, and private functions as required.
Handle logistics for travel, including packing, transportation, and security arrangements when the principals are traveling.
Ensure security protocols and privacy measures are strictly upheld, maintaining a high level of discretion at all times.
Previous experience as a Villa Manager, Estate Manager, or similar role within a VIP household, luxury hotel, or high-net-worth property is essential.
Strong understanding of hospitality, housekeeping, and maintenance operations in a luxury setting.
Ability to manage staff effectively, providing training and leadership to maintain the highest service standards.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages such as Arabic or French are an advantage.
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations with discretion.
