To be considered for the role of Hostess in a Mediterranean Fusion Restaurant in Dubai you will need to fulfill the following requirements:

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements, optimizing table turnover and maintaining smooth service flow.
Provide guests with information about the restaurant’s menu, specials, and services, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable.
Maintain a clean and organized hostess station, adhering to the restaurant’s luxury standards of presentation.
Handle guest inquiries and accommodate special requests, offering personalized service that enhances the dining experience.
Collaborate with the service and management teams to ensure efficient operations and high levels of guest satisfaction.
Previous experience as a Hostess in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
