A high-energy nightlife venue in Dubai is looking for a skilled and charismatic VIP Waiter/Waitress to provide top-tier service to elite guests. The ideal candidate must have experience in high-end nightlife venues, strong guest engagement skills, and expertise in bottle service. This role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to cater to VIP clientele, ensuring an elevated and unforgettable nightlife experience.

To be considered for the role of VIP Waiter/Waitress in a Nightlife Venue in Dubai, you will need to fulfill the following requirements:
Provide exceptional service to VIP guests, ensuring personalized attention and maintaining high standards.
Manage bottle service, assisting guests with premium selections, pouring, and presentation.
Handle minimum table spend requirements and assist in upselling premium beverages and experiences.
Work closely with hostesses and security teams to ensure smooth VIP table operations.
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to special requests and high-profile client expectations.
Maintain impeccable appearance, grooming, and professional etiquette at all times.
Keep up-to-date with venue promotions, special events, and exclusive offerings to maximize revenue.
Collaborate with the bar and floor teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Previous experience as a VIP Waiter/Waitress in a nightclub, lounge, or fine dining establishment is required.
Strong guest relations skills, confident demeanor, and ability to interact with high-profile clients.
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, or French are a plus.
Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced nightlife setting, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
