A chic bistro located in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai is looking for an experienced and talented Bartender / Barmaid to join its vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, cocktail crafting, and exceptional guest service. This role requires strong beverage knowledge, creativity, and the ability to provide a welcoming bar atmosphere while ensuring a high level of service and consistency.

To be considered for the role of Bartender / Barmaid in a Bistro in Palm Jumeirah, you will need to fulfill the following requirements:
Prepare and serve signature cocktails, classic drinks, wines, and spirits with precision and consistency.
Engage with guests, providing personalized recommendations and an interactive bar experience.
Maintain a well-stocked and organized bar, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to prevent shortages and manage costs.
Work closely with the kitchen and service team to create exceptional food and drink pairings.
Keep up with trends in mixology and beverage service, ensuring a creative and evolving menu.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Previous experience as a Bartender or Barmaid in a bistro, high-end lounge, or luxury hospitality setting is required.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits, with a passion for mixology.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele.
Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as French, Russian, or Arabic are a plus.
