A prestigious luxury hotel in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to elevate the guest journey from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of luxury hospitality, a strong ability to engage with VIP guests, and a proactive approach to enhancing guest satisfaction. This role requires exceptional service standards, strong leadership skills, and experience in managing guest feedback and operational excellence.
To be considered for the role of Guest Experience Manager in a Luxury Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, you will need to fulfill the following requirements:
Oversee the entire guest experience process, ensuring a seamless, high-quality stay.
Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, offering personalized service and handling special requests.
Lead and train the guest relations team, ensuring a consistent level of luxury service.
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and requests professionally, resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with front office, F&B, housekeeping, and concierge teams to ensure all departments align with guest satisfaction goals.
Implement guest recognition programs to create memorable and personalized experiences.
Monitor and analyze guest satisfaction scores, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Plan and execute exclusive guest experiences, special events, and unique hospitality offerings.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the hotel’s services, local attractions, and activities, offering recommendations tailored to each guest.
Ensure compliance with hotel brand standards, health and safety regulations, and quality service protocols.
Previous experience as a Guest Experience Manager, Guest Relations Manager, or similar leadership role in a luxury hotel is required.
Strong guest service skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for creating exceptional experiences.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, French, or Russian are a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate guest needs.
